Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt’s love steals the spotlight at Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s birthday bash; Vicky Kaushal adds to the glam – Watch

Actors Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor came together to celebrate filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 62nd birthday on Monday evening in Mumbai. The star-studded bash was attended by Bhansali’s close friends and several industry insiders.

At the venue, the trio happily posed for the paparazzi, later joined by Bhansali himself. Alia and Ranbir shared a warm hug with the filmmaker, followed by Vicky, who also embraced Ranbir in a friendly moment. The three actors are set to collaborate with Bhansali on his upcoming film, Love and War.

About Love and War

Love and War stars Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt. This film marks Ranbir and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s collaboration after Saawariya. Also, Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s collaboration after Gangubai Kathiawadi. While Vicky Kaushal will be working first time with the Heeramandi director.

The film was officially announced in January 2024. The original announcement on Instagram read, “We Bring You Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Epic Saga Love & War. See You At The Movies.”

Vicky, Alia and Ranbir’s work front

Vicky Kaushal is riding high on the success of his historical film Chhaava, directed by Laxman Utekar. It also stars Akshaye Khanna, Rashmika Mandanna, Diana Penty and Ashutosh Rana.

While, Alia Bhatt will be next in Alpha with Sharvari. The spy thriller is directed by Shiv Rawail. Alpha is set to be a notable addition to Yash Raj Films’ acclaimed spy universe and is scheduled for release on December 25.

Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Animal alongside Triptii Dimri and Rashmika Mandanna. The actor also has the sequel of Animal, titled Animal Park. Apart from this, he has Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana with Sai Pallavi.
